Brooklyn Bariatric Group approached my to create a new logo and branding system upon which to build their new clinic in the iconic 1 Hanson Place, Brooklyn.
The intention was to create a system that reflected the new location of the clinic, the subject matter as well as the emerging excitement surrounding ‘Brooklyn’
The above logo was created involving the concept of graffiti elements, as well as the concept of molding and shaping digestive systems into something newer and exciting (the hidden heart).
An accompanying color palette and branding system was also created.
Suggested was also renaming the clinic from ‘The Brooklyn Bariatric Group” to “Brooklyn Bariatrics” to make the clinic more contemporary and easier to locate and relate to, particularly for the Brooklyn-based audience.
